Robert Conklin, CFA, is Senior Executive Vice President of Business Valuation Advisors LLC ("BVA").  Mr. Conklin specializes in business valuation and financial consulting.  Mr. Conklin has directed valuation engagements for a variety of purposes including allocations of purchase price, gift and estate tax, income tax, derivative securities, litigation support, FAS 141/142, and employee stock ownership plans.

 

BVA is one of the largest business valuation and litigation consulting firms in the Southwest, serving public and private clients nationwide.  BVA was formed in 1974 as a specialty boutique focused on two service areas: Valuation and Litigation Consulting.  We are experts in the valuation of businesses and intangible assets, as well as in the analysis required in commercial litigation matters, such as economic damages, lost profits, business valuation, and intellectual property infringement.
