Darren S. Cordier
is a Senior Consulting Specialist with Business Valuation Advisors LLC ("BVA"). Mr. Cordier specializes in valuation consulting
services and the appraisal of businesses, business interests, intangible assets,
and financial instruments. Since
beginning his valuation career in 1994, Mr. Cordier has performed
valuations for a variety of purposes including fairness
opinions, transaction advisory services, litigation support, valuations for
tax purposes and employee stock ownership plans, and other studies
concerning intangible assets of both closely held and public companies.
BVA
is one of the largest business valuation and litigation consulting firms in
the Southwest, serving public and private clients nationwide. BVA
was formed in 1974 as a specialty boutique focused on two service areas:
Valuation and Litigation Consulting.
We are experts in the valuation of businesses and intangible assets,
as well as in the analysis required in commercial litigation matters, such
