The BVA Group (BVA) provides expert analysis in the disciplines of business and intangible asset valuations; economic damages, lost profits, and intellectual property infringement; and forensic accounting as required in commercial litigation matters and financial investigations.

With origins dating to 1974, BVA has evolved into one of the largest business valuation and dispute consulting firms in the Southwest. The firm has developed a culture and infrastructure that facilitates delivery of the level of expertise and quality typically demanded by clients from national and global firms. In 2001, BVA expanded into dispute consulting, which initially began with valuation issues and quickly evolved into matters related to complex commercial damages and intellectual property infringement. In addition, the firm added depth and breadth to the existing forensic accounting capabilities in response to client needs. Although we previously had certain forensic accounting capabilities, the firm has expanded its capabilities, allowing us to officially offer forensic accounting as a third service line.
